About this job

The General Manager is the Restaurant Leader! This position is key to the success of an individual Restaurant. The GM is focused on sales goals, employee performance, and company policies and practices. They use the systems and processes in place to maximize our profits, satisfy our guests, and develop our teams. This position reports to the District Manager. 

Candidate should be open to working between the hours of 6am-3am and be available to work weekends and holidays. 

This position is paid at an hourly rate with 40 hours of regular time and 10 hours of overtime. 

Qualifications include: 

  • Minimum two years management experience
  • High school education
  • Quick Service Restaurant Experience required
  • Experience in cash handling 
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Valid Driver's License
