About this job

We are looking for a professional Sous Chef to be the second in command in our kitchen, following our Executive Chef’s specifications and guidelines. The successful candidate will employ its culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers’ satisfaction.

  • Japanese language is preferred but not essential. English however is.
  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine or at the least interest and willingness to learn.
  • Preferably someone with experience in a kitchen i.e good knife skills etc. However we will accept applications from people with the right attitude and aptness.
  • you will be assist chef
  • Offering competitive wage.
  • Since our restaurant is small you need to coorporate with other staffs, your tasks include dish washing and prep if necessary
  • minimum 1 year of line cook experience
