Store Associate - FT - Schedule 1 - Full-time / Part-time

As a Kum & Go Sales Associate, you’re the friendly face and first point of contact for our customers. In our store sales jobs and customer service opportunities, you’ll partner with your convenience store team to help create better store experiences, and make days better for our customers and each other. What Your Schedule will be:

• Monday OFF
• Tuesday 7am – 3pm
• Wednesday 7am – 3pm
• Thursday 7am – 3pm
• Friday 2pm – 10pm
• Saturday 2pm – 10pm
• Sunday OFF

What You'll Do as a Store Associate - Schedule 1

• Engage with the store team and customers to provide excellent customer service
• Display a positive attitude and promote teamwork
• Exhibit professionalism in appearance and conduct
• Follow store procedures in running the cash register and take initiative in doing store tasks
• Stock, price, and organize products
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside of store
• Cross train to become proficient in food and sales

Other Responsibilities

Cooler Captain:

• Build relationships with all vendors
• Ensure proper vendor ordering
• Control vendor returns
• Control vendor product inventory levels
• Resolve vendor issues
• Act as store “Point of Contact” for all vendors
• Work with vendor manager on stock issues
• Ensure proper inventories are maintained
• Ensure all pricing is correct at all times
• Submit work orders when required
• Ensure all doors and door frames are clean
• Work with associates on proper stocking
• Maintain high velocity red dot program
• Maintain back stock organization
