An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

Your daily responsibilities include

• Responsible for keeping the dish room, plateware, and overall cleanliness of the kitchen areas. This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning of coolers, floors, drains, and walls.
• The steward must stock all plateware and silverware to all restaurant venues, keeping par levels intact during peak business periods.
• Performs periodic maintenance and draining of the dish machine, de-liming, and overall cleanliness of the dish area.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Knowledge of cleaning products and chemicals.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

• None.

REASONING ABILITY:

• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems with variables.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• None required.
