Assisted Living Associate:
Provide basic nursing care to assigned residents. Certified or eligible for certification in the State of WI as a CNA. Long term care experience is preferred. Must complete 5 core competencies within 90 days of hire including: Medication Administration, Dietary, Standard Precautions, First Aide and Choking, and Fire Safety.

Resident Assistant:
Responsible for completing tasks on the nursing units that maintain the resident's environment. Operates fairly independently with nurse consultation to provide the daily needs of the RCAC/CBRF. Has the resident’s individual needs being met with their interventions. High school diploma/GED preferred. Must complete 5 core competencies within 90 days of hire including: Medication Administration, Dietary, Standard Precautions, First Aide and Choking, and Fire Safety.
