Shift options:
- 8am-4:30pm
- 9:30am-6pm
- 10am-6:30pm
- 10:30am-7pm
DUTIES:
- schedule service appointments directly with customers.
- dispatch service & maintenance calls for technicians
- route field resources as efficiently as possible
- work with branches to follow up on pending items such as part orders, repairs, skill availability, etc.
- handle incoming phone calls from customers, field technicians, and branch personnel.
- promptly returns customers- calls and Follows-up with customers as promised.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- Two+ years in a customer service discipline, and/or call center
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong telephone skills.
- Strong computer keyboarding skills; the ability to type while speaking on the telephone.
- Excellent Customer Service skills; able to diffuse tension, listen, empathize, and work to set & meet expectations towards solving Customer issues in a calm fashion.
- Excellent attendance track record.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer.
