Position summary

Dynamic Fresno based, fast growing company is seeking a high energy, full-time Business Analyst to focus on Customer Experience. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining Customer Experience and Voice of the Customer initiatives. Customer Experience programs are designed to deliver measurable results and positively impact the overall lifetime value and retention of the respective target market. This position involves working closely with the company's Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute a well-defined Customer Experience.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the company's Voice of the Customer and loyalty survey programs
  • Maintain an industry leading customer experience
  • Identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and provide actionable solutions to survey results.
  • Validate integrity of customer databases with IT and CRM Specialists
  • Support multiple programs to increase customer engagement, lifetime value, and decrease customer churn rates
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience Supervisor to define customer journeys
  • Partners cross functionally with multiple internal and external Customer Experience stakeholders
  • Responsible for project management and execution of customer experience initiatives
  • Develop ad-hoc reports and data analysis to support business goals
  • Deliver platform related training's to team members as needed
  • Performs other functions and/or duties as assigned


Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • BS or BA in Business or another related field
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office, and G-Suite
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and Lookups

Start pay will be $40,000-$42,000 DOE
