About this job
Potential employee will develop LabVIEW software solutions to satisfy a set of requirements as determined by an array of technical standards and departmental needs. Software solutions will automate EMI and/or environmental testing processes and environments, with software geared towards users with a level of technical knowledge but require guidance by the software to execute testing successfully.
Employee will document a set of requirements for software solutions traceable to technical standards, and document software thoroughly explaining theory of operation, user interface and configuration file input design, and log file output design.
Candidate should have:
- Experience developing software to automate production test or measurement automation to a set of standards and requirements
- Experience with test equipment, including RF measurements such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
- Experience developing software in a team environment, following company and departmental coding standards, participating in software code reviews, and managing code on a version control system.
- Experience developing test automation software with LabVIEW preferred, but not required.
- Experience with EMI Electrical Engineering a plus.
- Experience with environmental testing a plus
