We are looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Associate for one of our customer in Mission Valley.
We are looking for someone who has worked in the following fields; Insurance, Finance or Banking. Must be proficient with MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
Position duties: Answer customer questions regarding medical insurance plans, updating information on excel sheets, follow up with customers, provide information to customers regarding best medical benefit plans for them.
