Description:

Milton Hershey School is currently seeking a 5th and 6th grade baseball assistant coach. This position will be responsible for assisting the head coach with the organization and administration of the 5th and 6th grade baseball program. Qualified applicants should exhibit a commitment to high student achievement and support for all students in a diverse, multicultural environment. Season beings March 2020 and ends June 2020. Practices are Monday through Friday from 2:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. 




Qualifications:
  • High school diploma.
  • 1-3 years successful coaching experience.
  • Must have knowledge of current baseball rules and regulations.
  • Ability to teach fundamental skills and team concepts of baseball.
  • Ability to interact with student athletes of different ages and skill levels in a positive and professional manner.
  • Candidates should demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all MHS staff are considered to be role models for MHS students.
  • Effective communication and language skills necessary
