About this job

The IT Service Manager’s role is to ensure the streamlined operation of the department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization.

This individual will oversee the team, supporting different systems and technologies as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities.

The Service Manager will work closely with decision makers on continues imporvement and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.

 

The ideal candidate has a passion for technology and enjoys working in a fun and fast paced team environment, with the following:

  • Associate or Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years in an IT Service environment
  • Attained Certification (i.

    e.

    , A+, Network+, Security+, Server+, etc.

    )

  • Experience at manage service provider and using tools like ConnectWise
  • Desire to solve complex technical problems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management and multi-task skills and prioritize assignments
