Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Monday-Friday

Are you an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant and want a Monday-Friday schedule?

Home Instead Senior Care-Edina is seeking a qualified, unique and versatile nursing assistant to join our CAREGiver team and help us provide top-notch home care services for seniors in the following suburbs: Edina, Eden Prairie, Bloomington, Richfield and S. Minneapolis.

****This position guarantees 30 hours of work (and/or) pay Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8AM-5PM. Opportunity to pick up additional shifts available.*****

Strong candidates will possess:

* Monday-Friday availability to work, between 8AM-5PM

* Positive work history and references

* At least 1 year of previous CNA experience and current on MN Registry

* Display "can-do" attitude and absolute willingness to be flexible to accommodate Client need

* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

*Pass a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen

*Reliable vehicle with valid auto insurance and current Driver's License
 

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

*Provide companionship and conversation

*Light housekeeping tasks

*Meal preparation

*Medication reminders

*Driving Clients to appointments and assist with errands

*Bathing, dressing and personal grooming

*Incontinence care and toileting assistance

*Ambulation assistance, positioning and safe transfers

*Alz/Dementia Care

*Complete initial training, mandatory CEU requirements and comply with personnel file updates, when requested
