Job Description:

2 positions available on the Sales Operations team.

• Analyzes and reconciles accounts.
• Prepares and annotates variance reports.
• Works with operating plans to create supporting financial forecasts and budgets.
• Performs research to understand the accounting consequences of alternative approaches.
• Will own accuracy of order credit within the system
• Will validate numbers within systems: SAP, Callidus, and Power BI
• Will help with the territory alignment process in Callidus for the designated business unit.
• Provide business support through ad hoc requests from sales

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

  Open to candidates with internship experience but are fresh out of school

• Role requires a thorough knowledge of accounting and finance principles, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present financial analysis to management.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/Word software and have a working knowledge of popular financial management applications.
• Experience in either accounting, finance or IT preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and has experience with Pivot Tables, V-look up, and basic Excel functions.

  Ability to work with large spreadsheets

• Analytical- will put together spreadsheets and have to analyze sales trends
• Attention to Detail
