About this job

Working under the direction of the director of Innovation for Cardiovascular Medicine and COO of OBI, the student intern will assist and be responsible for all office related activity, such as: filing, scanning, photocopying, sorting and delivering mail, and project related activities. Additionally, may be assigned to a specific Project and work on related task which would include helping CVD Innovation teams with data entry related to Innovation trials and patient outreach.

Sorting and delivering mail

Telephone coverage and front desk coverage

Maintenance of data spreadsheets

Filing

General office work

Delivery of documents to other locations as needed

Pre-screening, data entry and other requested support for patient navigation team.

Project/program specific work, including but not limited to coordination of activity.

Performs other duties as required

Enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to communicate with multiple levels of staff and to work effectively with others in a team environment. Ability to work independently when given an assignment. Sensitivity to patient privacy and confidentiality of records. Utmost professionalism.
