Home Mortgage CSR // $14 // San Bernardino, CA

Start date: October 14, 2019

Schedule: Must be open to a shift between 7a-7p

Customer Service Reps are responsible for responding to routine inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers.

Duties include:

  • Looking up information and transactions online
  • Prioritize quality and efficiency in resolving customer issues
  • Minimize call escalations by gaining our customer's trust and confidence

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Long-term future goals
  • Bilingual in Spanish is heavily desired
  • HS Diploma/ GED
  • Must be willing to submit to a background and drug test

Full time position with paid 13 week training period being M-F 8am-5pm.
