Machine Operator (Roto Cast,) 2nd shift ($1500.00 Sign-On Bonus!!!) - Full-time / Part-time

OVERVIEW:

Under minimal supervision, performs a variety of repetitive duties to set up and operate a rotational molding machine to produce various sizes of plastic containers and custom products. Performs a variety of secondary operations to roto-molded products as required.

What You'll Do:

• Works from both written and verbal instructions on blueprints and manufacturing work orders to produce product that meets required specifications.

• Follows standard safety and manufacturing procedures as documented.

• Follows established company and department policies and procedures.

• Uses a variety of powered and manual hand tools, motorized hoists, gantries and other equipment used in the production process.

• Performs or assists in machine operations to set up and service molds, monitors instrument controls, checks product quality, and makes adjustments as required.

• Demonstrates and shares technical knowledge with others in training.

• Performs secondary operations on molded product as required.

• Maintains established Pelican quality standards.

• Maintains work area(s) and equipment in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.

• Maintains daily production and other records as required.

What You'll Need:

Qualifications include:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must be able to understand and follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.

• Must be able to operate machinery and controls.
