Staff Management is hiring Experienced-Fully Bilingual Call Center representatives to join our operations at our Metro Office Park location in Guaynabo, PR. This is a full time position, where availability is a must. We are seeking responsible, organized, team-oriented candidates to manage customer accounts, and respond to customer concerns via phone calls.

Industry: Customer Service/Call Center.

Duties: Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner - Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives - Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way - Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Employment Types: Part Time, Long Term, Full Time.

Required Skills:
