- Production: Understand the responsibility of delivering the high-quality salable products at the right time to meet weekly production goals and to maintain in stock inventory levels and e-commerce goals.
- Customer Service: Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the store ensuring all customers experience a welcoming atmosphere.
- Store Operations: Follow policies and procedures and executes directives in a timely manner.
- Services & Programs: Provide a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals.
- Safety & Asset Protection: Follow and adheres to loss prevention and safety procedures and initiatives.
- Work-life balance: no overnights, limited holiday hours (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter), rotating weekend shifts, and NO late closing shifts!

Knowledge & Skills:
- Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to communicate effectively with managers, employees and customers.
- Must be eligible to be forklift certified.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to interact with a diverse population in a human services setting.

- Soft and hard line merchandising expertise.
- E-commerce merchandise knowledge preferred.
- Open schedule availability including a combination of days, nights, and weekends, totaling at least 35 hours per week.
- Willingness and ability to be cross-trained, and to train in new employees.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota provides education, job training and placement services to eliminate barriers to work and independence.
- Revenue from 50 retail stores, along with other contributions, supports programs throughout MN.
