About The Job:
Our Retail Sales Specialists keep the Travel Centers and Plazas well stocked and organized. Retail Sales Specialists consistently deliver fast service, friendly smiles and clean facilities to all our customers.
- Ensures customers are attended to quickly and assists them with their needs.
- Stocks shelves.
- Manages vendor and inventory flow.
- Merchandises promotions and value items to increase sales.
- Analyzes, understands and acts on information from key reports to increase sales.
What Are We Looking For?
Our team ensures each customer in our Travel Centers receives excellent customer service. Our team achieves this by consistently delivering fast service, friendly smiles, and clean facilities to all of our customers.
You could be our ideal candidate if you have:
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail responsibilities.
- Ability to use a calculator, computer, telephone and other equipment as needed.
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, managers, customers, vendors and corporate representatives.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
