Bell Attendant (F/T)

The Bell/Valet Attendant is to provide a high degree of guest service, providing a positive first and last impression to guests as they arrive and leave the hotel. The position also involves assisting guests with their luggage and packages upon arrival and departure, and for arranging transportation when necessary. Additional responsibilities may include but not limited to; Assists with operations functions within the department, transfers luggage and packages to and from rooms, loading areas, vehicles and luggage storage area by hand or using baggage carts, escorts guests to and from their assigned rooms, and other areas of the hotel, and assist physically challenged travelers and other guests with special needs. Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays are required.

Must have a valid California Drivers License and 2 years manual drivng experience. Previous bell/valet experience a plus. Must provide driving history record issued by DMV. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
