SUMMARY
Responsible for over-seeing the building and assembly and enclosures while under the general supervision of the Production Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to read drawings, work tickets, BOM's and wiring schematics.
Ability to use small hand tools, measuring tools, wiring prepping tools and machines in shop.
Ability to oversee the building and assembly of enclosures, sub-assemblies and modules.
Review work tickets, drawings and BOM's to ensure accuracy. Ability to identify problems and evaluate solutions, seeks input from appropriate management; co-workers if necessary and makes sound decisions to correctly solve the situations.
Ability to instruct and teach fellow workers the proper procedures and manage multiple jobs until finished.
