ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Senior Critical Facility Technician.
The Senior Critical Facility Technician oversees the smooth, efficient, profitable operation of the assigned building project by ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all required work and by attaining the utmost in customer satisfaction. Manages facility projects, produces facility reports and administers facility support systems. Works directly with the customer and/or support staff to identify and troubleshoot as necessary to isolate the root cause of problems. Leads the preparation of Maintenance Operation Protocols (MOPs) and ensures that all Technicians follow appropriate MOPS as written. Trains technicians on mechanical and electrical systems and best practices. Ensures strict adherence to critical facility work rules and safety procedures.
