Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo’s more than 70 million global customers.

Creates, prepares and implements systems quality assurance reviews for Wells Fargo's image applications, specifically for: Image File Import, WellsImage Viewer and Image Media. Responsible for primary development of testing strategies for image applications. Consults with users, providing advice and direction. Uses independent judgment to perform complex analysis of business requirements and technical system specifications for Image applications. Leads and prioritizes testing activities for projects involving onshore and offshore teams. Executes test plans and scripts to facilitate complex testing activities. Provides specific technical guidance on defects to developers. Gives direction to less experienced analysts.

• 5+ years of information technology quality assurance and systems/application testing experience
• 5+ years of testing or quality assurance experience
• 5+ years of experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
• 5+ years of experience using HP ALM or other testing tools
• 5+ years of scripting and automation experience
• 3+ years of experience testing end user applications and technology products
• 5+ years of SQL experience
• 5+ years of WebSphere experience
• 5+ years of Weblogic experience

• Knowledge and understanding of creating test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Test planning and executing experience in systems such as: Test Tool, Quality Center, or ClearQuest
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with Windows 10 operating system
• Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Global payments services and bank operations exposure; preferably within Wells Fargo
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
• 5+ years of treasury management products or services sales experience
• 4+ years of relational database experience

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
• Ability to work additional hours as needed
• Ability to travel domestically
• Flexibility to adjust work schedule in accordance to the time zone for the market you are supporting
