Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation Defense - Full-time

• Be a member of the California State Bar in good standing
• Able to identify urgency and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Excel at communicating clearly and persuasively both in writing and through speech
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Independently and proactively handle files from referral to resolution
• At least 2 years of current workers compensation experience
• Workers compensation defense experience with local boards is required
• Knowledge of CIGA laws and Sports cases a plus
