Lounge Food Runner -Michele's Steakhouse - Full-time / Part-time

MAJOR FOCUS:
Deliver food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe sanitary work environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•	Delivers food from Michele’s kitchen to the Michele’s Steakhouse Lounge service station.
•	Replenishes the food service station and keeps it clean and orderly.
•	Makes food garnishes daily.
•	Provides clean dinner plates for customers.
•	Breaks down and cleans the service carts daily. 
•	Provides exceptional customer service. 
•	Works safely, following all established safety rules and regulations.
•	Communicates effectively with co-workers, supervisors and guests.
•	Follows all relevant policies and procedures.
•	Complies with the company’s recycling program standards.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:
•	Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:
•	High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
•	Previous experience in food preparation with basic cooking techniques preferred.
•	Clean appearance, friendly and co-operative.
•	Must be able to communicate in English in order to communicate with guests.
•	Must possess good communication skills.
•	Must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.
•	Must be able to work weekends, holidays and nights as needed.
•	Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
•	Must present an overall professional appearance and report to work in appropriate attire.
