Consumer Service Specialist

Aerotek is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to work for a large Health Care Insurer in Albany, New York!

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in calling customers with enrollment into a health care plan
• Answering questions regarding the various health plans
• Asking questions of the customer to match them with the proper plan

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• Willingness to learn
• Punctual (good attendance)
• Customer Service Experiance

Work Environment:

• This position will have a 4 week paid training period
• Hours after training will be a Monday-Friday 11:30am-8:00pm
• Pay $14.75/hr (Bilingual candidates can qualify for $15.25/hr)
