You are:
A determined Contributor who can manage various transactions regarding severance and pension. You are a Self-motivated individual who will work with the team and managers to identify process improvements.
You will:
- Create severance and SUB agreements using Microsoft Word and Excel tailored to the specifics of the request, reviewing for accuracy and compliance with legal and company policy requirements, probing for additional information if unclear.
- Process transactions in multiple systems, including SAP, ensuring data entries are completed accurately.
- Process pension payments for retirees to support the Pension Administration team.
- Provide input and recommendations on process improvements and improvements of supporting technologies.
- Work with other internal areas (Payroll, Absence Mgt, Tier I, etc.) to resolve issues
- Achieve high service delivery standards by responding and completing all transactional work within the pre-determined SLA windows. Is a key performer in the SAP system, demonstrates key analytical skills.
Your background:
As a HR Tier II Specialist, you have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a customer service environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to grasp information quickly and probe effectively where additional information is required
- Ability to work under pressure where tight deadlines are required
Preferred
- Human resources experience preferred
- Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in all systems utilized by the Severance Administration and Pension Teams, including SAP, Webxtender, Remedy, and Benefit Connect. Thorough understanding of the self service tools and impacts in SAP.
