About this job
A large financial institution is looking for a Collections Representatitve to wrok in a fast paced call center environment.
Duties Include:
- Contacts delinquent, charged off, or high-risk customers in order to secure payment
- Work with customers to establish full balance repayment plans or settlements
- Work on establishing list of accounts on an automated collections system
Shift: Monday - Friday: 12 pm - 8:30 pm (Rotating Saturdays)
