Primary Priorities and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities are to transport vehicles, employees and customers while maintaining a positive attitude and demonstrating a sense of urgency at all times. Additional tasks such as washing cars, assisting with detailing and general facilities maintenance are required. Meeting and exceeding customer expectations and deadlines is important to our business. A valid Drivers license must be maintained at all times.
Duties:
Transport vehicles to and from dealers, Ziebart locations, and customer homes.
Check for damage before you pick up a vehicle from a dealer. If damage exists, notify the dealership and Operations Manager.
Final check vehicles before you deliver them to the dealer to ensure they are in perfect condition. (Quality)
Always have the Work Order and Intake Form with you when are picking up a vehicle.
Always deliver a vehicle with the Invoice and Warranty. Never give the invoice to the customer.
Pull vehicles around to the back of the building as customers check in.
Pull vehicles into check-out as vehicles are finished.
Maintain a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the employee works and lives.
Constant awareness of deadlines.
Maintain and promote a positive attitude.
Help increase the stores ability to process more vehicles by creating a sense of urgency on every task.
Be prepared to assist both locations when necessary to help the Ziebart Rochester team.
Protect the profitability of our company by minimizing waste and using correct products for installation.
Maintain the cleanliness of your workspaces (keep clean throughout the day and end of each shift).
Maintain a flexible schedule and stay till work is done.
Other duties and tasks as requested by the Operations Managers (Such as, but not limited to detailing, facilities maintenance, etc.)
Always have a dealer caddy with you when delivering vehicles to dealerships. You are responsible to maintain this caddy and the contents within. This caddy is to consist of the following; Clean Microfiber (2), Clean Towel (1), Shop Towel (3), FAB, Interior Cleaner, and Glass Cleaner.
Delivering a vehicle in poor condition will, in most cases, result in termination of employment

Requirements

Must have valid Driver's License.
