Job Summary

The Online Operator is responsible for processing, packing and shipping all orders that come through the Pebble Beach Online Retail Shop, as well as completing all end-of-day closing procedures that pertain to the nightly payment audit. The Online Operator is also responsible for providing world class customer service via phone and email for the Online Shop including the 16 retail shops.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Process, pack and ship all orders to meet or exceed daily sales goals.
• Provide world class customer service when responding to all inquiries from guests via phone and email.
• Complete end of day procedures for the nightly payment audit.
• Trouble-shoot and/or assist guests with their online purchases using the front and back-end of the website platform.
• Receiving and organizing inventory in a warehouse setting.
• Order merchandise from retail shops utilizing the Inventory Management System.
• Assist manager with adding, removing or updating products on the website.

Absolutely Required Skills

• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Desired Skills

• Previous experience using inventory management systems
• Previous experience using e-commerce platforms or Amazon/Ebay Marketplace

Physical Requirements

Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Repetitive hand use and firm grasping is required.
