POSITION SUMMARY

The Shift Supervisor provides leadership, supervision and direction to positively impact business at Boomers Medford. You must be an upbeat and confident individual able to effectively communicate to guests and management team. Must also have a fun personality as you will be working with the littlest guests and their parents!
Must have closing availability and flexibility to be scheduled based on park needs. This includes nights, weekends, and any holidays including major holidays.
Duties include but are not limited to managing shift ops, guest experience, attractions, and staffing. Responsible for motivating team members and instilling accountability while maintaining our culture of FUN!
Other responsibilities include Management support as required below and any additional responsibilities assigned by GM:
- Opening and Closing Key Holder
- Management of Labor Costs
- Completing all opening/closing checklists and reports as required by Palace Policy and/or the Park General Manager
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by providing excellent and superior customer service
- Positive relationships with subordinate employees
- Work alongside and in cooperation with Operations Supervisor and other Shift Supervisors and Leads
DELIVER UNPARALLELED GUEST EXPERIENCE
- Consistently meet the standard for the guest experience (quality of operations)
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff
- Continuously improves operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to operating standards and philosophies

- Work with managers to develop new ways to ensure the best Guest experience and feedback

COMPUTER SKILLS
- General knowledge of computers including word processing, email applications, ability to learn and adapt as needed to Park technology
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Interact with the general public, team members, and children of various ages
- Standing, walking, using hands and fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear
- Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Required to lift up to 10 pounds and on occasion up to 50 pound
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Regularly exposed to water, chemicals, food, paper debris, loud noise, music, horns, bells, whistles, and other noise projected by various amusements and recreation equipment
- Exposure to outside weather conditions
