We are seeking resumes for a Summer Hire Program in our Marshalltown, IA facility.

Serving customers in Iowa, PCA Marshalltown takes pride in offering outstanding customer service. We are a full-service supplier of corrugated shipping containers and value-added solutions. Our customers rely on us for package testing, structural design solutions, just-in-time (JIT) deliveries and rush orders.

Responsibilities may include:

• Meet the requirements of customers to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure that customer's credit limits and circumstances are reviewed in light of

the order taken.

• Keep current on company products and markets as required, recommend changes in

procedures or policies where appropriate.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Must possess an attention to detail with excellent organizational and

prioritization skills.

• Ability to recognize issues, attain and present possible solutions.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Packaging and/or manufacturing customer service experience
• Some college courses or equivalent work experience
• Excellent oral and written communication
• A resourceful problem solver with analytical skills
• Knowledge of web-based computer systems
