Position Summary: Answers all incoming calls to Customer Service line, responding to general inquiries from patients and insurance companies. Handles all calls within limitations to avoid transferring to other departments. Advises management of negative trends or problem accounts. May perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications [Required] High School diploma or equivalent. Two years hospital billing and/or collection experience. [Preferred Qualifications] Mathematic, keyboard, computer and accounting skills; familiar with all third party billing.
