Job Description: The Assistant Service Manager is a front line associate who is a liaison between the customer and the technician. They assist the customer with taking care of their vehicle, writing the repair order, facilitating the servicing and walking the customer's vehicle through the entire service process.

  • Enthusiastic presence and ability to smile constantly while with customers.
  • Always conduct yourself ethically and treat each customer and fellow associates with respect.
  • Ask yourself everyday: "If I were a customer, what would I want?" Then do your best to provide that kind of solution for your customer at every opportunity.
  • ADP experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Assistant Service Manager Responsibilities:

  • Greet service customers upon arrival
  • Effectively document service concerns
  • Ability to initiate automotive service and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and service requests
  • Coordinate with Certified Technicians to address service concerns
  • Communicate with customers throughout the service process
  • Must meet and exceed service goals set by management
  • Exceed the customer's expectations as to the overall service experience

Principle Auto Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must be proficient in English.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Ability to work comfortably with the public.
  • Good oral communication skills.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Valid state of residence driver's license.
  • Required to pass a drug test and background check.
