Your daily responsibilities include

• Assists the Bartender and provides friendly, knowledgeable and courteous food and beverage service in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Transports bulk supplies to and from Beverage outlets.
• Ensures the cleanliness of all beverage outlets as well as the cleanliness of all supplies and equipment used to perform job duties.
• Follows the proper cash, comp and check control procedures.
• Maintains assigned work stations throughout to ensure everything is up to Tropicana Las Vegas and Southern Nevada Health Department health code standards.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

• Must have six months previous experience in a bar, lounge or nightclub atmosphere is required.
• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service.
• Understand schedules, policies and procedures, daily memorandums, chemical labels and other instructions given.
• Must be able to set the pace of the room, have high energy, and be able to work well under pressure.
• Able to read, write and communicate verbally in English
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
