Consumer Service Specialist

SUMMARY:

Aerotek is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for 1st shift openings starting at $14.75/hour.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Must be able to pay strong attention to detail

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Answer inbound customer service calls to enroll customers into Health and Benefit Plans

-Answer customer's questions and match them with the proper plan

-Assist with enrollment to get health benefit coverage

-Assist in explaining plan enrollment options including participating providers and costs

-Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed
