Responsibilities:
•	Create authentic, custom guest experiences.
•	Act as direct support to fellow service team members when executing steps of service, table maintenance, and general cleanliness.
•	Create an environment that is secure and comfortable through continuous evaluation and movement through the venue, monitoring of entrances and exits, and evaluation of guest behavior.
•	Responsible for various security functions related to alcohol service or refusal to serve.
•	Responsible for efficient communication with required parties at all times.
•	Tailor each guest experience, either on the phone or in person, by executing the steps of service in a way that lends to their preference.
•	Work side by side, with your fellow team members in support of providing a high level of hospitality.
Qualifications:
•	Positive Attitude and passion for making people smile, and truly enjoy their experience
•	Respect for quality food and beverage
•	Experience working in a high-volume restaurant/bar with the ability to differentiate state or federal forms of ID from counterfeit forms of ID.
•	Previous experience in a night club is a plus.
•	Ability to become an expert in the Punch Bowl Social Brand DNA
•	Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for period up to six (6) hours in length.
•	Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel and have the ability to lift bus tubs, glass racks and trays frequently weighing up to 25-50 pounds.
•	Background check and drug screen required
