Maintenance Planner - Part-time

Kelly Services is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner for a long-term team in Midland, Michigan! Do you have what it takes?

This role is part of the Maintenance Team in Michigan Operations which supports the future assets.

The Maintenance Planner uses knowledge and skills in the areas of Environment, Health, Safety (EH&S) and designs safety into the job plan to decrease the potential of injury or exposure of the people performing the work.

The Maintenance Planner will provide the necessary information, specifications, etc.

to efficiently schedule and execute Maintenance Work Orders in our Plant Partner facilities.

Fundamentally, this effort focuses on describing HOW work is accomplished.

Daily Duties May Include:

• Evaluate a work order scope, create job logic and craft estimates in SAP.
• Create a job planning package from the information contained in the work order.
• Make a field assessment of the job site conditions, consulting electronic forms for specifications, procedures, and best practices, using Plant equipment libraries, Web EDMS and consulting with customers/subject matter experts to ensure safe, effective and efficient execution of the work.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP.
