Our team is growing and we are looking to add a quality Culinary Systems Coordinator to our team who is excited about enhancing the PCFS vision of Artfully Composed, Responsibly Sustainable, Seasonally Fresh, and Nutritionally Balanced delicious food.

The program consists of eight on-campus restaurants, catering and new concepts in planning. On average there are 30,000 meals served a week.

JOB SUMMARY -

The Culinary Systems Coordinator reports directly to the Assistant Director of Culinary Operations and is a member of Culinary Support Team.

This position coordinates, inputs and maintains the integrity of all culinary data and reporting as it relates to the Menu Management System for all food and menus prepared by PCFS. Coordinates the menu content from the Menu Management System to the Provider App. Controls all Food Safety and Sanitation Compliance Data; Inspections, Logs, Serve Safe Training, Allergens, Labeling and Special Diet Information. Generates analytical reporting for Leadership Team.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- Working knowledge of a professional kitchen, recipe development, production, ordering, inventory and costing.

- Proficient in computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office Programs, Cloud Based technologies, POS Systems, Web Based Ordering and Internet Capabilities. Minimum typing requirement of 45 WPM.

- Highly organized self-starter with the ability to prioritize and organize work with competing deadlines, varied requests and multiple personalities to successfully meet deadlines with or without direct supervision.

- Reliable, dedicated and detailed; a hands-on professional with a can-do attitude and willingness to perform a multitude of responsibilities as needed.

- Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities; excellent problem solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work with sensitive information, maintain confidentiality and act with discretion

- Flexibility in work schedule as needed for operations.

- Serve Safe Certified (can be completed within 1 month of hiring.)

- Allergy Training Certified (can be completed within 1 month of hiring).

-Oversee other positions as necessary; Associate Assistants

PREFERRED:

- Experience administering a Menu Management System, preferably ChefTek.

- Culinary Degree and/or Certified Dietary Manager.

-Advanced Computer Skills

This is a full time position with a salary range of $60 - $70K per year.
