Senior Financial Analyst - Part-time

Kelly Financial Resources is currently seeking a Financial Analyst for a leading organization in Aliso Viejo CA

As an employee placed by Kelly Financial Resources, you will serve as an integral member of our client’s accounting and finance team.

Primary responsibilities will include: supporting revenue reporting analysis for our Specialized organization

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Excel file code updates for new fiscal year, new products, new regional mappings
• Product analytics, trend, and budget variance
• Customer analytics, trend and Active, New or Inactive (trailing 12 mths)
• Global NSO Daily S&OP Revenue .

  xls report (emailed nightly).

  Maintain, update, and streamline

• Merge, consolidate 3 products, US & Intl, QAD + SAP/COGNOS
• Global NSO Sales analytic reports (dashboards = NSO data warehouse .

  xlsx): Maintain, update with actuals and enhance

• Merge, consolidate 3 products, US & Intl, QAD + SAP/COGNOS
• Multi-year trend, , Region and Distributor views in addition to multiple Sales Quota views (internal and external distributor goals)
• Remapping of new sales regions and new distributors
• Expanding product views
• Explore improved source data tables
• Global Commissions: Both Sales Incentive (internal) and Distributor/Agent (external) tracking
• Global Regulatory & Compliance sales reports- including MAGEC product line
• Improve existing NSO dashboard/data warehouse data- enhanced data collection at the time of surgery confirmation and entering into sales ERPs.
• Assist BI, IT and S&OP teams’ data warehouse expansion to include NSO QAD sales line item details, resulting in a global, standardized NSO data set.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
• Ability to succeed in a team environment
• Customer Service Oriented
• Understanding of accounting processes, procedure and internal controls
• 5+ years previous accounting and financial analysis experience
• Extensive Excel advanced formula talent-- will need to establish interim data warehouse in Excel
• Good understanding of large multi-national company; S&OP, revenue reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, distribution, and commission calculations
• Update, modify and enhance revenue tables in Excel.
• Merge data creating a single, validated source.
• Eliminate redundant and conflicting source data
