Duties: Working in a climate controlled production center, SMX associates will be trained to work in a variety of departments handling products from their Customers. All new hires will receive on-the-job training and learn how to read work instructions for each job function they complete. In addition to hitting production goals, safety and quality are top priority. We take pride in our work product and are seeking to increase our workforce with people interested in individual contributions yet enjoy working with a team to satisfy the overall business goals.
