We are looking for experienced Retail Managers to join our team at Stewart’s Shops! Responsibilities: - Promote tangible growth within shop - Positively motivate and manage partners in daily shop operations - Effectively listen and communicate with partners, district staff, and senior management - Initiate candid and honest conversations with partners while anticipating potential issues and finding solutions - Teach in context and facilitate growth opportunities for strong partners We offer: - Long-term stability and control due to ownership and vertical integration - A fun, fast paced atmosphere with a great crew and loyal customers - $60k - $75k starting pay, benefits package & ESOP The ideal candidate must have previous convenience store/ food service management experience and 5+ years’ experience in a high-volume retail environment.
