Busy call center looking for motivated individuals to help service customers. As a dispatcher, the primary function is to communicate with our customers over phone, gather pertinent information, and to schedule and dispatch our drivers to the location of the customer's vehicle.
Duties include using the computer to dispatch assignments and compiling statistics and reports on work progress.
