POSITION SUMMARY:
The Bilingual Case Specialist position supports our annuities business and is a key part of the corporate team. This processing team supports nearly 4,000 field agents, thousands of associates and dozens of offices in the field selling policies to clients (consumers) and recruiting individuals interested in a career in life insurance.
This position is specifically responsible for processing incoming Life Insurance applications and submitting them to the appropriate life insurance carriers through a variety of delivery systems. This requires high attention to detail and solid communication skills. Critical to the success of the position is the ability to maintain effective relationships with life insurance carrier staff persons and field agents while driving a brisk workflow. Along the way, tolerance for a variety of working styles is important. (This is NOT a sales or sales support position)
The position will have visibility and engagement with the processing center team, HQ executives, field leadership and associates.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

- 6 months to a year of experience in a processing role with a track record of dependability
- Organized, self-starter; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Highly accountable; takes ownership and drives sense of urgency
- High attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships across HQ and field teams
- Customer Service Skills - work with different personalities in person or by phone
- Excellent written & oral communication skills - full literacy in spoken and written English
- PC skills with Outlook, Excel, Word
- Fluency in Spanish REQUIRED
