About this job
The purpose of Ed Rep support is to give paperwork support to the sales reps, and provide a contact at the Reps' home bases. This person is the front line for the Ed Reps to serving the schools and band directors in a geographic area.
Essential Functions (not all-inclusive):
- Provide support to a single or a group of Ed Reps, by preparing contracts and instruments for delivery to schools
- Complete and reconcile contracts and batch them to corporate for processing
- Provide telephone support contact for Ed Reps who are one on the road
