*Supervise entire staff on their assigned shifts. *Lead by example with a hands-on approach to shift management. *Essential functions of the job require a full range of physical abilities without restrictions. *Shift Managers are required to be available for opening and/or closing shifts and can be considered for part-time as well as full-time positions. *Must be a licensed driver and have reliable transportation to attend meetings, take care of banking duties, and any other duties to support restaurant operations. *Must be ready and available for phone contact by supervisors and restaurant team. *Responsible for successfully completing all duties assigned to them by immediate supervisor(s).
