*Supervise the entire restaurant staff. *Lead by example with a hands-on approach to shift management. *Essential functions of the job require a full range of physical abilities without restrictions. *Salaried managers are required to have open availability and work a minimum of 5 / 10 hour shifts per week plus any additional days/hours necessary to complete assigned duties. *Must be a licensed driver and have reliable transportation to attend meetings, take care of banking duties, and any other duties to support restaurant operations. *Must be ready and available for phone contact by supervisors and restaurant team. *Responsible for successfully completing all duties assigned to them by immediate supervisor(s).
