The Dishwasher is responsible for delivering clean and sanitized plateware and glassware to our guests. This position is critical to our guests overall experience as the Dishwasher must ensure the plateware and glassware are clean and stocked for our guests to have a memorable experience.

Requirements

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching.
• Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
• Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 20 pounds frequently.
• Able to remain standing and active for a 6-8 hour shift. 
• Able to safely use cleaning agents.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English.
• High School education

DUTIES:

• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards. 
• Assembles dish machine and pot sinks to prepare for washing dishes, glassware, pots and pans.
• Changes the water in the dish machine at a minimum every two hours, or earlier if necessary, and replaces
with fresh water to ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Checks water temperature routinely during the shift to ensure dishes are being cleaned at the proper 
temperature.
• Cleans and sanitizes dishes, glassware, pots and pans by running them through the dish machine or 
washing by hand.
• Visually checks dishes and glassware for 100% cleanliness.
• Sorts clean silverware.
• Organizes dish area.
• Organizes and straightens walk in coolers.
• Sweeps and mops floors throughout the entire dish area and back of the house to maintain a clean 
environment and places wet floor signs where necessary.
• Cleans floor mats in the dish area.
• Carries boxes and trash from the kitchen to the dumpsters maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms to maintain sanitation and appearance standards.
• Assists other tribe members with stocking stations, bussing tables, sweeping, refilling beverages, running 
food, wiping, cleaning and resetting tables to ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and to prepare for 
new guests and provide excellent guest service.
• Performs additional duties as required including emptying the trash, and cleaning the restroom to ensure 
the restaurant is clean and organized at all times for our guests and fellow tribe members.
