Main Accountabilities  
• Demonstrates high caliber leadership and the ability to remove obstacles to ensure that restaurants have the highest standards of service, food and the experience.  
• Assists in overseeing training programs for restaurant management and Tribe members, including new procedure rollouts.
 • Assists in overseeing compliance with employment-related policies, including but not limited to, policies prohibiting discrimination, harassment and other inappropriate conduct, wage and hour policies and child labor laws.  
• Able to train all positions at a high level as measured by recipe cards and training materials. 
• Completes vendor orders and receives all deliveries; ensures proper dating and labeling of all food received into the restaurant. 
• Supports proactive recruiting efforts to maintain proper staffing levels utilizing company tools 
• Assists in scheduling process ensuring restaurant is staffed for service and financial expectations. 
• Supports GM in utilization of pertinent reporting to drive results (Focus, 3 period, VOG, Guest Feedback)

• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. 
• Deep P&L and restaurant financial understanding 
• Clear understanding of KRA’s and goals set during QBP process 
• Demonstrates ability to utilize and train all tools and systems 

Requirements

Qualifications & Work Experience  
• B.S./B.A. in related field or an equivalent in education and experience  
• 2+ years of industry related experience 
• Certified by General Manager and Regional Manager as master of all front of house and back of house operations and have served as Shift Manager preferred. 
• Must have Food Safety Manager Certification 
• Must have valid State Driver’s License and Insurance.   
 
Requirements 
• Occasional travel within region 
 
Physical Requirements  
• Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching.  
• Able to stand and be active for extended periods of time, which may exceed 8 hours per shift.  
• Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.  
• Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 20 pounds frequently.  
• Manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination.
