KEY HOLDER / SALES ASSOCIATE


 A key holder is a sales associate who has additional leadership responsibilities beyond typical sales or service tasks. The key holder assists the manager and store manager with the opening and closing of the store. This Includes counting down cash drawers, supervising staff with nightly closing duties and preparing the store for the next day’s business. The key holder also assists with authorizing returns and performs cash drops during the business day as the need arises.
As a sales associate the key holder is responsible for providing legendary customer service by offering helpful solutions to customers’ home improvement needs. This includes maintaining stock, driving sales, building sales skills and product knowledge and maintaining safety, security and integrity. Our structured training program ensures our new employees become proficient at performing all store services such as mixing paint, and cutting glass, pipe, and keys.

Requirements

* Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
* Must be available to work nights (till 8:30pm) and weekends (till 6:30pm)
* Must have reliable transportation.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Previous retail experience is a plus but will train the right candidates
